Whats The Latest On Primaris Airlines

Whats happenning with Primaris Airlines at the moment? Don't they have a B757 operating for Santa Barbara Airlines from Miami to Caracas? What about their scheduled plans with B737's and B787's?

There are no recent releases on the website to indicate that they are scheduled to begin operations any time soon, other than the 757 they are using for charters.

I still believe that Primaris' big aircraft order will serve one of two purposes:


  • To transform Primaris into a lessor.
  • As a stalking horse, so that one of the other U.S. carriers can purchase 787s while not making it immediately apparent to shareholders and/or bankruptcy courts.
