Dont some airlines, when they get a new aircraft fly it on regional routes for crew training purposes (e.g. SQ on SIN-KUL). May PIA will do this and fly it to somewhere like Dubai for a few months beofre sending it elsewhere?
Does anyone know what the routes will be when all of the 777's are delivered?
Will ISB/LHE/KHI-MAN flights terminate in MAN?
Will the 747's go completely?

LHR - Mix of 77W's and 772's
MAN - Mix of 77W's and 772's
BHX - 772's (Possiblitly as some will be freed up)
JFK - 772LR
IAH - 772LR
YYZ - 772LR
and so on........
Isnt the 777 a little large for some PK destinations? The A310s are useful for destinations like Oslo and Birmingham. Will the A310s be replaced or kept in the fleet?

I agree about Oslo, but not Birmingham! I think Birmingham could do with an upgrade, a large community of Pakistani people live in BHX and surrounding areas
