Seems like SQ 319 LHR-SIN is making a technical stop in Baku, Azerbaijan. Most, if not all, of the other LHR flights coming in to Singapore by QF and BA are also experiencing an hour's delay into SIN.
Funny how SQ 319 is stopping in GYD (formerly BAK) to pick up fuel, and not FRA as originally planned.

Cheaper gas ? Why would there need to be a tech stop east bound? Even if there is an extra hour holding at SIN this is still less than the west bound flight time which, presumably they do without a tech stop.
The recent explosion of a fuel depot in London is limiting the amount of fuel being channelled to Heathrow. Normally no stop is needed but SQ 319 is the only SQ flight being affected by the fuel shortage.
