Does anyone have a list of the top 100 airports in the world, by passenger numbers, for 2004 or 2005? I believe Airports Council International publishes such a ranking, but I’ve only been able to find the top 30 airports.

I had a sheet with the numbers, but threw it out last month. Anyone that subscribes to AWST's Aviation Daily will find it in one of the PDFs last month.

Intresting list, is this by passenger #'s as O&D or total passengers including transfers?

I'm sorry to ask again, but I've searched far and wide and I can't come up with the passenger numbers for the top 100 airports. Has anyone come across such a listing lately?

Airliner World publish the full 100, except it is only in the magazine. I don't think it is downloadable.

Yes CGG increased its advantage.

From DFW are only the fifures from Jan. till Oct. known (49,344,925 | -0.33%) and from LAS Jan,-Nov. (40,744,648 | +6.89%)

How about BOG? 2004 at 7.786.356 and expected at over 8.500.000 with a 10% growth for the year if it continued the Jan-Nov 2005 trend. I have not really seen the Dec 2005 figures though but if the airport was any indication, it was better than expected.

HEL is not completed. Friends, be a little patience. The most airports have only posted the datas from Jan-Nov., some even till Oct.

I still think of AYT is a touristy town of 1.7 mil. mostly a summer destination.
And the official site shows the capacity at 9mil. pax.

Not surprising... The Charter traffic is huge !
Look also PMI, Palma de Mallorca in the Balearic Islands : More than 20 Millions PAX/Year ... It's more than CPH, MXP, BRU or ZRH !

Thanks, I guess I had no idea. I haven't been there for 13 years or so, but AYT reminded me of LAX, CPT. Maybe it is time to check it out again.

Oh yes, the transit passangers are not included, of course. Would be interested to know those figures too, the transit traffic (to/from Asia) at HEL is growing all the time.
