Awesome video, it never amazes me how beautiful the 757 is, and the winglets only make it better.

Ok, pitty for people who still think that the 757 doesn't look good with those winglets! What a beauty!

Great Video, keep them coming!

Thats funny, a buddy of mine took that video at work on friday. I'm still scratching my head trying to figure out how it ended up on that website. Well thats the internet for you. I only wish I was there to see it in person but I got shipped out of town the day before it happened.

Fantastic Video! Love the 757 low fly-bys. Just beautiful! BTW does anyone know where that was filmed? Keflavik?

It was filmed in Kelowna, BC, Canada where the winglets are being installed for Icelandair by Kelowna Flightcraft.

Ahhh, So THAT explains why there was an ICE757 flying over Calgary a few days before. It showed YLW-KEF and first I thought it was a possible charter flight for some tour operator. That would of been sweet since HMY decided to go Hawaiian from that pretty city. Are there more ICE planes expecting to visit?

The 757 is a fantastic aircraft, winglets make it look amazing, can't wait to see the FI one's at MAN soon. Great video! Think its smart to have the strobe lights on the top on the winglets, is this standard on winglets?

Yes, we have put winglets on two of their aircraft already, that video was of the second one. We are currently working on the third a/c right now and we will be doing a total of six a/c for Icelandair, back to back. There may also be some other interesting airlines visiting YLW soon, but I can't elaborate much more than that right now.

Excellent Video! I love those blended winglets on that beautiful 757. Really updates the look of the aircraft in my opinion. I also love the sound of those hot-rod Rolls Royce RB engines!
