What do you think about UAL's management-labor structure (the biggest employee-owned corporation in US)? Do you think it is UAL's blessings or curses?

Sorry, I mean UA, not UAL. UAL is the parent of UA.

I think it's great, but in the airline business it comes down to the passengers. My recent experiences with UA, I have noticed a steady decline in services. Aboard aircraft I have observed numerous glitches such as toilets not working, broken arm rests, extra-heavy wear and tear on carpets, seats, overhead bins, etc... I hope this is not becoming a trend. Also it might be worth mentioning that UAL is currently in court trying to fight it's own employee/owner demands that medical & other services be extended to domestic partnerships.
