I am booked on KE 12 later this week in J class. I've been assigned seating in row 12. The equipment is a 747-400, according to the seat map on the KE website, there is no row 12. Looking at other seat map sites, such as seatguru or lovemyseat, I can't find a row 12. I called KE and the agents I spoke to (called more than once) didn't know, but assured me that I was in row 12.
I know that KE is in the process of changing their 1st and business class seating. I assume that this must be the new seating. Are there seat maps available for the new seating?
