I had the pleasure of flying on the AF Concorde on Christmas Eve the last year it flew. At the end of the meal, the flight attendant who served the dessert course had changed clothes and was dressed as Father Christmas. It was a wonderful addition to a great experience.

Thank You to all above and of course the merriest, and happiest of all the holidays. And keep up the faith, a lot of pax. bring on their mean over XMAS and New Years. For whatever reason, Thanksgiving is all hunkey dorey but XMAS and Screw Years I mean New Years brings out the bottom feeder attitudes. 9 days and counting to 2 Jan! Can't wait!  bigthumbsup

I'm seeing alot of people who are miserable, but I am pleased to report that today we had two shows of very plesant and happy people. (I'm working on the First National Tour of "Wicked")

Have a good holiday and a great 2007. Who knows, by this time next year some of us might have flow on the A380. Won't that be exciting.

Merry Christmas to everyone! I think it is wonderful when airlines put special Christmas liveries on, but I think it is enough when they put some Christmas decorations inside the cabin. I can forgive it if they don't spend the extra money on decals. Even though that is a very nice gesture!

So, on that note, from the heart of Spain and shores of the Atlantic: Merry Christmas!

Part of this may be the domino effect of the DIA closure due to the big storm. Whereas much of the rest of the USA especially here on the East Coast has had much warmer than average temperature conditions. Especially on Friday when it was foggy, rainy, murky and actually humid, it felt more like the Tripple Crown Horse Racing Season than the big holiday season. Kentucky Derby, Preakness and Belmont Stakes run in May and June!
A Lot of people literally bet the farm on Christmas and New Years. A big build up after toiling at paper pushing jobs and family members they can't stand.
However, there were many festive happy upbeat passengers. New Years is the toughy.

And, I hope we can fly in a 380 in '07 and a 787 soon thereafter.

Well thankfully I'm not, but I expect to be in and out of the airport all day Christmas picking up stragglers coming in for a family reunion here - and the authorities are cracking down on spirited drivers  Smile
