Quoting Star_world (Reply 6): Mid J: F - 14 J - 38 W - 36 Y - 272 |
Quoting VV701 (Reply 4): Are all the conversions being made at CWL? |
Quoting Comorin (Reply 3): Thanks for the heads up! Is there a way to associate tail #s with specific flights or sectors? |

Quoting VV701 (Reply 4): Are all the conversions being made at CWL? |
Quoting FlyCaledonian (Reply 5): So what's the capacity in First, Club, Traveller Plus and Traveller in both Hi and Mid J aircraft? |
Quoting VV701 (Reply 12): Who knows the configuration of the World Traveller Plus and World Traveller cabins in the reconfigured 'Mid J' aircraft? |
Quoting VV701 (Reply 12): Currently the 'Lo J' 744s excepting, I believe, the four 'Lite' aircraft, are configured for 360 passengers (F14 / J38 / W36 / Y272). (The four 'Lite' aircraft that have a crew rest area over the rear main cabin have, I believe, an additional eight 'Y' class seats.) |
Quoting BALAX (Reply 14): There are a couple of High Js that have 185 seats in Y class ending at row 55 instead of 53. |
Quoting BAStew (Reply 7): I believe so! And understand that the conversions are being done quicker than anticipated. |
Quoting BAStew (Thread starter): Also, 767's NWV and NWH will receive AVOD (26 Jan & 18 Feb) |
Quoting Albird87 (Reply 22): Also was just looking at the BA website and it shows that some 767s have first class (but it doesnt look like CW). Where do these aircraft fly to?? |
Quoting FlyDreamliner (Reply 23): Some of their 767s fly long haul, but they also have some that fly routes within europe as well - which are equipped with a domestic first class rather than a club world business class. |
Quoting SeattleFlyer (Reply 17): Also, are the "soft" upgrades - blankets, pillows, Club Kitchen - being added in advance of each a/c being fully updated? |
Quoting Hotelmode (Reply 19): Some of Club pax who'd checked in online got surprisingly stroppy given its not advertised yet. |
Quoting Albird87 (Reply 21): Does this mean that the all there long haul 767s fleet are being equiped with AVOD!?!?!?! Also does that mean that the cabin is being updated as well (like to be the boeing signature cabin?). Also the 767s arent getting the new club world are they?? |

Quote: Eh? How does that work? Online Check-In gives nothing away in terms of old or new seats. On my LHR-IAD flight with the new seats I was completely unaware until I got upstairs! |
Quote: So NLN has the new club class already. How long does it take to convert these aircraft? |
Quoting BAStew (Thread starter): 744 (HI J) NLN 20 JAN 744 (HI J) NLK 21 JAN 747 (HI J) IVS 23 JAN |
Quoting Fbgdavidson (Reply 26): Quoting SeattleFlyer (Reply 17): Also, are the "soft" upgrades - blankets, pillows, Club Kitchen - being added in advance of each a/c being fully updated? Blankets and pillows - Yes Club Kitchen - No |
Quoting Vasu (Reply 25): Where do the "lites" fly? |
Quoting BALAX (Reply 29): So what is this schedule here? NLN shows as January 20, but for reconfiguraton? |
Quoting Hotelmode (Reply 28): Quote: Eh? How does that work? Online Check-In gives nothing away in terms of old or new seats. On my LHR-IAD flight with the new seats I was completely unaware until I got upstairs! No idea but they knew. LHR said it was now shown online. |
Quoting TCXDegsy (Reply 30): I don't think this is correct. I flew LHR-SFO 14th Dec and returned 2nd Jan, and had 'old CW, but the Club Kitchen was fitted and used |
Quoting Fbgdavidson (Reply 33): Just to check, did it look like the link below or was it just a 'Raid The Larder' job? http://www.imagestation.com/4592222/...48000 |

Quoting Speedbird2155 (Reply 13): Not 100% certain, but I believe a figure of 36 was mentioned for the WTP cabin. A definite number hasn't been given for the WT cabin, but based on the fact that in the Hi 'J' aircraft the WTP cabin holds 30 seats, that section might hold another 10-20 WT seats so the WT seating might be in the region of 220 to give an aircraft config of possibly 14F/52J/36W/220M. This is based largely on my determination of the how the WTP and WT cabins will look. |

Quoting Fbgdavidson (Reply 26): All longhaul 767s won't be getting Boeing signature interior or the new version of Club World. |
Quoting Stylo777 (Reply 35): off-topic: are the two B767 which were involved in the plutonium scandal flying again? |
Quoting Highpeaklad (Reply 32): How many 767s are there left without AVOD, and when will they be completed? |
Quoting TCXDegsy (Reply 37): are there any suggested timescales for the conversion of 777's to start? |
Quoting Wrighbrothers (Reply 39): are there any suggested timescales for the conversion of 777's to start? I think they are due to start mid-late this year. wrighbrothers |
Quoting VV701 (Reply 36): NLK flew HKG-LHR (BA026) on 15 December and was ferried LHR-CWL (BA9183E) shortly after arriving at LHR on 16 December. As at 21 January it had not returned to service. |
Quoting VV701 (Reply 36): CIVS flew LAX-LHR (BA268) on 9 January, overnighted at LHR and was ferried LHR-CWL (BA9152E) on 11 January. |
