Connection Time Through LGW
So I'm looking at flying DUB-LGW-CVG in a few weeks. The only problem is DUB-LGW gets in at 0930 and LGW-CVG leaves at 1100 (Is DUB-LGW really a 1.5 hr. flight?.) I've flown into LGW before and we cleared customs reasonably quickly, but I've never connected. Is 1 hr. between touchdown and boarding enough to clear customs, grab baggage, check in again and clear security?

90 minutes is enough for a North -> North connection. Official DI/II-MCT is 60 minutes.

Might be tight. I assume you're flying to CVG with DL - if you're arriving from DUB with BA it should be okay, however if you are flying into South Terminal with Ryanair, you might want to check you alternatives especially given the length of the security queues there have been recently. Having said that, FR's punctuality is quite often very respectable so you could just make it. Good luck!

If you have two separate tickets, requiring luggage claim and checking in again at LGW, I doubt you will make it. The recommended checkin for international flights is two hours and sometimes it takes that long. If it is one ticketed itinerary so that you can be checked through, that connection time should be plenty.

DUB-LGW may be scheduled @ 90mins but it's never taken me that long. 60mins last time.
