LAHORE, Feb 26 Asia Pulse - Pakistan International Airlines, in line with its policy of providing more convenience to its customers, is considering introducing 'no-weight, no-wait' check-in service at Lahore and Islamabad airports.

The service has already been started at Karachi airport and the airline plans to introduce it at Lahore and Islamabad in near future.

Under this service, introduced for economy class for domestic travel, passengers with no baggage will be checked in at the kerb-side counter without any hassle and loss of time. PIA is also planning to extend this priority check in service to other major cities of the country

Wow an organisation that is simplfying processes and procedures for its customers rather than further complicating them. Give PIA a cigar.

Anyone else find it sort of funny that PIA considers providing its customers convenience a "policy"?

And yes, I know it's a translation issue. Don't write me a letter.

Actually L.1011 I find that almost every company has a policy of one sort or another. As they say however words are cheap, wheras this is action.
