Quoting ONTFlyer (Reply 78):Looks like we're well over 40 attendees and will possibly get somewhere upwards of 100 for this event! If anyone has any ideas of how we should identify ourselves to one another, we're all ears. Thanks everyone!
I think personally, all A.netters should meet at one place (the Proud Bird restaurant for example) an hour or two ahead of the A380's arrival, so we can all socialize for a bit, and then each person or group can go to their preferred spotting/photography location...
Just an idea.
Well thats the best idea and probably the best way of conducting the meet. so lets say that we pull 50 spotters (we will probably have like 70ish but just an idea) so about the transportation, if there is 50people and about each car can hold 4-5 people that means we need 10-15 cars now that may not be a problem but the problem is due to the number of people that are going to be there to watching the LA
traffic control is going to be forced to shut down some streets and one including the street that has the hill on it. so if were going to try and find 15 places to park and the streets are going to be crowded then we gotta play this smart and use our Airport Knowledge to our advantage
