Route Map Returns With UA/DL Domestic Map

Uploaded 28 new route maps. Main highlights are probably UNITED and DELTA's domestic route map. As a result, a larger and better resolution was applied.

Other ones includes QANTAS, revised Air New Zealand (reflecting the cancellation of European codeshare routes by TG/SQ), and few 1977s, including Iran Air (747SP nonstop to New York).

Those are really good. Especially the UAL one.

How come your Delta route map shows Delta Connection flying Tucson-McAllen?

This is pretty cool. You can really see the evolution of different airlines. How long did it take you to get all this info?

It's in fact LAX-MFE by XJet, just happens to be overlapping through TUS.

Route Map drawing began in 2001. of course the addition of OAG and old timetables helped.

I love the hand-drawn Continental logo...

It would be really cool if one these showed up in an airline's in flight magazine...

A couple of queries about the QF route map of 1/11/1977 - 31/3/1978 included in this batch:

1) No South African service? I was not aware of break in this service.
2) Had both the Feista Route and SFO-JFK-LHR finished by this date?
3) No PPT service at all?

1) only SAA was operating South African service

2) Fiesta and the SFO-JFK-LHR leg of Southern cross route dropped in early 70s

3) No PPT service in 1977/78.
