Hey everyone,

I just saw that US Airways 2802, enroute from PHX to SBA was diverted to BFL today. The US Airways website shows that it departed BFL at 9:33AM- anyone know why it was diverted? The flight is operated by a Mesa CRJ-200.

Thanks for any information!

I am guessing mechanical or or a change of crew.

The weather dived at about 0800 local. It's typical for it to do so around this time of year.

Years of experience. Plus, the FAA and ICAO have similar (and seperate) guidelines for how things are to be coded.
