A330 Operators With RR Engines

Wed Dec 12, 2007 12:17 pm

Hi Everyone, I need a list of A330 operators with RR engines for a project I am working on. Does anyone know a free database where I can get such a list from? I couldn't find it on RR or Airbus websites or on many variations of Google searches.

Thank you.

Air Transat
British Midland
Cathay Pacific
China Eastern
China Southern
CorsairFly
Cyprus Airways
Dragonair
Edelweiss
Emirates
Etihad Airways
Garuda
Gulf Air
Iberworld

+ a few others I don't remember. As for a website, you should check http://www.ch-aviation.ch/aircraft.php and make a search by selecting "Model". The A330 with RR are those having a "4" in the version like -243.

Thanks a lot, Everyone. That was fast and exactly what I wanted, especially the link to ch-aviation database and the tip about "4" in the version for RR engines.

You could look at:

http://www.airlinerlist.com/

and download pdf file A330/A340, and then the same as Don said, 4 for RR,

TAM does not have RR on A330. On A330 they have a mix of GE and PW however the two new A345,s from AC has the RR Trents.

Indeed. It's incredible how up to date I'm with TAM. I still had in mind the two A330-243 leased from GF six years ago...

Edit:

BTW, I've noticed that on the site I indicated there's a mistake. While trying as I said a search using the "4" rule to find the operators of A330-343X, it shows F-ORLY of Air Caraibes which is wrong as the aircraft is PW-powered, and thus a -323X.

I think Avianca will have RR engines on their oh so hot looking A330s coming this time next year (?)
The air in the clouds is very pure and fine, bracing and delicious because it's the same the angels breathe.
