I feel almost like a normal sane person again after watching a few... for one, I'm not quite such an aircraft fetishist (just yet), and then the Rueschs (brothers?) obviously also share my taste for bad film music -- I bet they have a lot of Badelt and Zimmer soundtracks, like I do... probably even some Poledouris stuff, if I was to guess

Yep. He had me the second I heard/recognized the Transformers soundtrack: utterly silly movie, worst script of the year, but really nice first sequence (Qatar) with brilliant soundtrack. A bit hard to believe that Jablonsky is not just an alias for Zimmer/Badelt, though.
Right now I'm listening to POTC3 to keep me awake... wonder what the Best of ZRH movie would have looked like with "What shall we die for" as soundtrack. Quite lively, I suspect. Maybe he could have had a nice shot of an A340 for those heroic bits (oh, and maybe next year we'll also get to see an EK bird... say in exchange for some ugly Belair plane, for example).

Eh, I liked it. What do you expect from a movie based off of a Japanese toy line.
Pretty sweet video though. Needless to say it was promptly bookmarked. If only ORD offered such great views of the action going on there. Maybe after the reconstruction.

I *loved* it, brilliantly mindless fun. Everyone was laughing out loud when those 'bots kept droning on about courage and honour and what-not.
If only the weather was less cold today, I'd feel very much like going to watch MHs and SQs 777 take off, and a bit later EKs A345 majestically going up (I really like the A340s, they look just... sexy. Don't tell my GF, though.)

And he might not be allowed to use other peoples work or alter footage that does not belong to him. ( I mean some other videos on his website). He clearly links his work with his own website and his person and claims to be a video production.

I write this because I am a professional film and video producer and want to avoid that a talented young man gets in trouble before his career realy starts.

Being the engineer I am, I couldn't help but be mostly into the transformations. Ahhh, to build such robots in disguise. It'd probably be more for bragging rights than for some practical market.

The A345 seems to be the only well proportioned A340. Well, the A343 ain't bad. I prefer the F-22. Like a woman, she's sleek, sexy, EXPENSIVE, and can kill me.

If I were a producer of the movie, I'd be scoping this video for ideas. The orginal cartoon had a Concorde. Why not a 747? I guess for sizing purposes they'd go with a smaller RJ or something 73G/A319 sized.
Ahhhh the possibilities.
