MSYYZ, thanks a lot for sharing that. I've seen a couple of 737NG build process vids before but none were as good as that. Very interesting indeed.

Nice! I wish Boeing would make a few more of those vids, especially from other lines.

Well, speaking from experience a lot of seats don't get loaded on with fancy ramps/slides/etc, but a method involving stairs and getting buddy to grab an end.

Anyways, pretty cool video there. Amazing how all those parts seem to come together so perfectly...

I've seen a similar video on a JL B772 (JA705J I guess) being build.

It looks like Boeing does much more handwork on the 737 then Airbus on the A320. All Airbii look almost prefabricated. Anyway very cool vid thanks for sharing.

You are welcomed everybody ..
I have to say that the original light blue color of the fuselage is very nice , it reminds me of BWIA .

That's what i noticed too , the making of an airplane doesn't look different than the assembly line of Ford cars here in Oakville  Smile .

This makes me wonder... How would they get seats, lavs, etc. onto the upper deck of a 747? Would they load them through the exit doors, or up the stairs? It seems like it would be hard to manuver new-generation First/Business Class seats up the stairs and whatnot...

Awesome video!! I'mg glad Boeing put it out. as others have said, I hope they'll do more.

Wow......That really gives new respect to building. How much do they weigh? They can't be light. It'd be like moving sofas all day long.

OK, I'm glad I'm not the only one with this question.

As a guess (thinking how narrow the stairs are) through the upper deck door? I think it is a full door (as opposed to a "small" over wing exit). But still.....gotta be a tight fit.

Can I have a mojito on this flight?
