New Union Flag For Concorde Too?

Sun Sep 24, 2000 12:38 am

will BA's Concorde's be sporting the new Union flag design also? hope so,it will give the fleet a uniform look instead of having two distinct styles of the flag, and the new flowing version part of which will come out of the tail onto the rear part of the fuselage will definitely look better.

They are the same design. On Concorde the design is arranged to suite the squatter tail.

The Concordes are already in the new livery, and have been so for 3 years or so.

Scotty..
Go to the Proffessional Pilots Rumour Network (www.pprune.org)...
Some pilots are expecting the BA Concorde to fly in revenue service again..
I certainly hope so (I thought it was only Americans who didn't like Concorde!!!)

Both are the same. I agree with PhilB, it was designed to suit the tail of the concorde. By the way, hope that concorde will take itself back into the air again!!!
