Another Predatory Move At Delta?

Delta announced that they will move a daily Delta Express IAD-FLL flight to DCA, which will start one week later than Spirit Airlines' DCA-FLL. I know that this isn't totally predatory, but it is a move to a slot controlled airport, so do you think that Delta is trying to get Spirit out of DCA?

I wouldn't say Delta is trying to get Spirit out of DCA by taking slots, but, they might be trying 2 get them out, bu taking all their pax...
