Not all of them, but a considerable number. Many are going to Qantas. The
BA 767-300's are beginning to show their age. Many have been in the fleet
since the early 1990's and are emblematic of BA's problem of using too
many large aircraft.
The 767-300's will be replaced largely with A320 family jets.

I Will Miss Them.
I am based at London Gatwick (as you can probably tell from my user-name) and I love to see the BA 767's.
I will miss them, but they are going to a good home.

Some of the BA 767s are being eyed for possible conversion into freighters or tankers as well.

In 1999, British Airways announces the reconfiguration of its international 767-300ERs. The aim is to increase the capacity in high-yield classes and to decrease the offer in the economy class: this entails the introduction of a First class.
The 767-300ERs, formerly C30/Y183 become F8/C36/Y134 configured. At the time this was the lowest-density configuration for the type worlwide.
Then plans were to replace 777s on Western Africa, Middle-East and Central Asia, in order to remove low-profitability economy class seats of the market.
Are all the international 767s in the F8/C36/Y134 configuration please?
On what routes do they operate?

British Airways operates the 767-300 from Manchester to JFK and from Gatwick to JFK.

Question About BA 763s
Is BA the only airline to operate RR-engined 767-300s? What model engines are they? The same as the RR-engined 744s (RB211-524G)?

I think China Yunnan has (had??) three of them with RR engines.
I think they are RB211-524H's, Same (or similar) as on their (BA) 747s.

Not all the 767-300s are going, some are to be retained for intercontinental routes that cannot support a 777 and other 767s will still be utilized on high-density European routes from LHR. So far, 5 767-300s have been leased to Qantas. BA has a lot going on at the moment with its fleet: phase out of 737-200s, the sale of about half of the 757 fleet (older -535c powered models), and the replacement of some 737-300/500 models it has leased in. The ultimate mix of aircraft will depend on finances: BA is losing lots of money right now and is seriously reviewing its entire network, with its gatwick european operation a candidate for major cuts and flight reductions.

Yeah... I will miss BA's B767-300s too... and their beautiful Rolls Royce engines....

I have a pic of one that i took outa my window on my LH744 on the way IAD-FRA, that's the only one i've even come remotely near... hehe but they were neat lookin *the pix i saw on airliners.net at least
