TAM A330 Strikes Hangar Under Tow At JFK
Just saw on the news that today, 6/15/2013, a TAM a330-200 winglet struck a hangar at JFK while being towed to a hardstand. No injuries were reported but pictures showed some damage to the winglet.

The winglet actually was torn off, and left stuck to the side of the hangar wall.

Who is responsible for towing the aircraft? Is it the airline (most probably outsourced at JFK)?
