No way of knowing if the delay contributed to the man's death, but clearly the issue of emergency access has to be addressed:

At Terminal 4 if access is required for certain doors the employee would have to visit the access control offices in order to have that access granted to them. The doors were doing their jobs from what it seems written here. Keeping people without access out.
