Azul Trip Merger. Profitable?

Hello everyone!
I spoke to AD crew this morning in CNF, and among other things they said the new AD is having a hard time integrating crews, mostly pay wise. Do any of you fellows know have they are doing, money wise? I mean, have they turned at least a prifitable quarter after the merger?
