Sun Air At London City
The LCY-BLL has operated on the turboprop Do328 since launch and Sun Aiir seem to have retired their turbo Dorniers for jet ones. Yet they appear to have leased turboprop Do328 D-CIRD for use at LCY. Now I have seen the jet Do328 at LCY, just not on the BA service. Is there a reason we don't get the Dornier jets? I did see Sun Air's corporate Do328 jet once as a sub.

SunAir still operates 3 DO328 Props, which are D-CIRD, CIRI and CIRP, all leased from MHS Aviation.

The MHS Dornier 328-100s operate over the whole network, not just to LCY. It looks to me as if Sun air simply has outsourced the turboprop operation to MHS.
Rumours about another Sun Air route, by the way, starting 20JAN14, HAM-LCY twice weekdaily (flight numbers EZ8205-8208).

What is the source for the start of HAM LCY flights by sun air ? I cannot find anything on the web.

I don't think its official yet. Could it be that SunAir will be operating on behalf on Cityflyer?

I would hope the franchise agreement with BA would prevent that sort if thing, CFE are trying to kill off WX, would be wierd if SUS were to help the enemy as it were.

CFE is CityFlyer, BA's LCY subsiduary, whilst WX is CityJet the AF subsiduary. The poster did say HAM-LCY may be a flight operated on behalf of CityFlyer.

I flew LCY-BLL in January and then it was operated by Suckling Airways in a UK registered DO328 prop in all white colours with a British crew member.
Can't the 328JETs operate out of LCY? I flew BLL-MAN on one and it had quite a long take-off roll if I recall.

Hardly definitive, but I flew one MAN-GOT with a full load and thought exactly the opposite
