Eagle To BKG?

Tue Jan 21, 2014 1:13 am

With WN leaving BKG (and the wrong airport), what are the chances of Eagle launching flights to DFW and ORD? If not Eagle, what about UA Express to IAH, DEN, and ORD?

I don't see it happening seeing that happening since those airlines fly to SGF which is the main airport for the region and serving both SGF and BKG would likely not be financially viable. BKG just can't keep service and WN ending their operations there is a major blow to that airport.

Frontier the airports only commerical carrier after WN withdrawls is in an expanding mood, perhaps they might add some service. Although I don't see it coming close to replacing WN. You might see ATL, seasonal MCO and perhaps 2-3X weekly TTN.
