The article mentions a total of five 787s are expected to be delivered in 2014. I personally was expecting a larger J cabin.

Whatever happened to the LAX and MIA plans for RJ on a 787 via VIE?

And in the mean time the CEO resigned(or was pushed out) this week.
Also more routes are being cut including recently launched West Africa services.

Things are quite troubled at RJ just having registered a $60mil USD loss in 2013.

Will they upgrade the crown product with the introduction of 787s?

It was suppose to be announced already but delays for the 787 has been delaying an announcement for both MIA and LAX.

Oh and by the way.. A number of flight attendants obtained the required training for the new 787 in Miami.

I would assume the AMM-BKK route includes the HKG tag-on.

As far as I know RJ is still planning to start 787 service AMM-ORD on August 31st of this year.

As much as I like the current livery, are there any rumors or plans of them introducing a new one on their first 787?

Speaking of liveries, when did they introduce their current one?

The current RJ livery was introduced during November 1986.

It has aged extremely well!

The RJ 787s will, I think, be among the best looking 787s out there.

I'm certainly looking forward tp seeing the 787 in RJ's colours. It will look stunning - then again, anything with those colours does.

Hoping they keep the red engine cowling on the 787 - some airlines (like BA) have opted to go with their traditional colors there instead of the default gray/white. It'll look great either way, but I think the red will make it even more beautiful
