UA is starting ISN to IAH (long RJ route) and DL is there to MSP. Given the oil boom and need to connect to all over, what about AA adding DFW and ORD?

ISN is too small. BIS was the next most logical market.

Williston is growing at a dizzying rate, both in terms of population and wealth.

Estimates are that the population of Williston has doubled since 2010, with some of the highest rents in the country.
Bismarck is a fringe player in the boom area, same as Billings MT, although both are seeing increased commercial activity as a result of the oil, and increased rents as more and more workers are staying temporarily in both cities.

Too small for what? It's boomtown USA.
