Skyliner reports that W8 first (second?) 763F has been flown to RME (New York state) after conversion. Is there a repainting facility? Anyone knows when it is to enter service?

The press release said the transaction would be complete on or about June 30th. Not sure if thats just for the financing of all 3 aircraft or when they expect them to be in service date.

Transaero has a number of the 744s go there prior to delivery. Also weren't the ex- British Airways/GSS 747-8Fs 'painted' there into their hybrid colours?

Premier Aviation has a full maintenance facility in Rome (NY) incl. paint shop afaik. CargoJet needs their new aircraft for the Purolator-contact starting 01.04.2015.

Yes, however I'm curious to see how long before that date they'll begin to operate these.
