Looks like I missed quite a few, and it looks like Delta is really pushing the 717 out to more than a few core markets.

I am very curious how many of these smaller markets haven't seen mainline service in years - if ever. I know

CHO hasn't seen mainline since the early 90s and then it was with US not

DL. Any thoughts?
