So it would appear that it just comes down to the composition of Councillors. I image that they have voiced their opinions during the election so an indication of how the vote may go should be guessable. BTW, according to this their may be some debate as to whether the new mayor would be able to vote on this issue. |

Unless Alenia is prepared to continue making the horizontal stabilizer but at a higher price, this looks like a disaster for Cseries production. Of course if Alenia has contracted to produce x number of stabilisers at y price a court may enjoin Alenia to fulfil the contract. |
