The comments that the pilot in the video makes about the warning voice always being a female's, I've heard (don't know if it's true) that for some reason a female voice seems to get one's attention far better than a male's voice. Maybe it's because, as the German captain in the video states, females seem to speak more clearly. Or it could be that there's some maternal "link" to a female voice given that we all learned to hear and obey our mothers' voice first and foremost in our early development as a child. I know when I'm in my plane flying around the patch and I hear a female pilot call in to ATC the voice sticks out above the communications din far more than the male voices that dominate the airwaves.
A government big enough to take away a constitutionally guaranteed right is a government big enough to take away any guaranteed right. A government big enough to give you everything you need is a government big enough to take away everything you have.

That was the main reason IIRC but what about cultures where female voices probably have difficulties to get attention?

I've wondered about that myself. All I can say is that the aviation world is dominated by equipment and standards established by the West so the rest of the flying world is forced to go along. By way of example, English is not the dominant language of the world yet it is the official language of aviation and you'll never get to fly a commercial airplane in revenue service regardless of the flag you fly for unless you can communicate in English.

The conventional wisdom is that the cockpit is dominated by men. In the heat of a situation, with warning bells, flashing lights, the two pilots talking to each other, and ATC in your ear, a different voice, a female voice, would garner more attention for the most urgent situations to help focus the pilot's attention (fire, stall, terrain, etc.)
When it absolutely positively has to be there ... at some point.

It could simply be that historically, the vast majority of pilots have been male, and heterosexual males are genetically more likely to listen to/for female voices.
I have no scientific evidence to back that up, but I know I tend to look at girls more than guys, so I wouldn't be surprised if the same was true for hearing.

Maybe they used a female voice because there were virtually no women pilots back in the day so when a female voice piped up it was "unusual" and brought attention to a particular issue?

I always found female voices are easier to understand in those applications, but to me it was mostly because they generally speak with a higher pitch tone than men. Higher tones travel better through the background noises than lower tones, and are more clearly identifiable.

Very silly but I did giggle to myself thinking it would be funny if she recorded "Pull Out!"...just kidding.."Pull UP, Pull UP!"
Now that would get some attention if you were flying unbeknownst into the Alps.
