Question About Enplaned Passenger Data?

Mon Oct 13, 2014 2:59 am

Hello fellow a.netters!

I have a question regarding enplaned passenger data for two city pairs, for, say, DTW-LAS or ORD-LAX. A few months ago I stumbled across a website that a fellow poster provided (a government website IIRC) that was very easy to use. You'd just enter an origin city and a destination city and it would give you a detailed list that included total passengers, load factor, etc. I tried my best finding the link and tried looking it up but to no avail, so now I'm starting to get frustrated.

Does anyone know the website I'm talking about? Thanks!

Are you referring to DOT Transtats? http://www.transtats.bts.gov/

Not quite. IIRC it has a drop down box for the airports and a time frame to select. It's driving me crazy hahaha!

Perhaps this. http://www.transtats.bts.gov/airports.asp?pn=1

Keep in mind this is amount of flights driven flown by all domestic carriers not necessarily passenger enplanement driven. There is also this http://www.aviationdb.com/Aviation/F4SDetailQuery.shtm

Table 5 in this report may also be of some assistance. http://www.dot.gov/policy/aviation-p...stic-airline-fares-consumer-report
