With 14 wide-body jets in the current fleet and 22 on order, they'll have enough room for replacement and growth.

Interesting note from the article

Quoting KarelXWB (Thread starter):
And yet Air Europa has placed orders for 50 jets in total, of which 40 will be delivered by Boeing.
Tying in the above, Air Europa is expecting to start using the first B787 in April 2015. The thriving air carrier has struck a deal with an European airline to lease the jet.

They will also take B737 aircraft.

Great news, UX is a nice airline, I have flown them many times between HAV and MAD.

22 wide body means a big leap in capacity, but I think it can work good if the expand a bit the European network, they have been doing some progress in the recent years, but to support more long haul tthey'll need even more.

I can see definetly SCL going daily non stop and more capacity to EZE.

With the order for the narrow body, I think they'll replace 1 by 1 all the B738 with MAX and we will see how happy they're with Embraer, but I'd not be surprise if they decide to get new ones also in the future, it'll help UX to operate thin and new routes.

I hope all the best for them.

it seems UX is concentrating on the classic Europe-South America via MAD approach, but I wonder if they would start some Asian destination . I would be mostly interested in China, which they server briefly in the past, but their China adventure was an absolute failure.
