Skyliner report that 737-800 PH-HZE is now at NWI for repaint. I wonder what they have planned?

Agreed! The current livery looks fine. I really hope that the new livery is just some subtle changes from the old one.

I found out some more info on the new Transavia colours.

The Heineken green will be less dominant. Next to the blue will have a fuschia rose colour and the .com in Transavia is gone.

Bummer. I don't mind losing the dot-com, but I really like the current Transavia colors and design. It's different. The multiple shades of blues and greens are extremely cheerful and very representative of a leisure airline (at least for me).

Disappointing! Dutch people are very good at graphic design; I would have expected something a bit more funky there.

I see French influence in that livery.

I always liked the current/old livery, but this is disgusting, reminds me a bit of Germania's livery, which isn't a good thing IMHO.

Well, on the contrary I don't see it ! unfortunately … Look at their current uniform (and KLM's uniforms as well) and you will realize that Class, Chic, and Simple probably doesn't exists in the Dutch vocabulary ...

Wow. That's disappointing. The current livery is very distinctive. The new livery is not.

What was the goal of this change? To communicate (scream) budget carrier? If so, objective achieved.

Something that is also mystifying... they've introduced a stylized T logo, yet they don't use it in the billboard title. Was this an in-house design job?

I still think Transavia sucks as a pan european brand. Especially if they still want to open bases through out europe. This is where the likes of easyjet have succeeded by having a pretty generic brand name.

I think they should of used the name hop! for their regional and LCC. At least it is pretty generic and pan european.

Well Norwegian has an obviously very local name

and they are quite successful in London and Spain flying to non-Scandinavian markets.

the first 't' on the transavia billboard titles looks very weird, almost as if it is slanted compared to all the other letters.

Why can't airlines bring back some cheatlines that don't look to bad. For example it is quite sad that one of the best 'recent' liveries that came out is none other than Eastern.

The previous livery looked great... I loved the vertical stripes!
The new livery just doesn't do anything and removes the individuality of the airline's branding.
Very sad.
Are we sure it is the final definitive livery? I'm guessing it is.

What type of mindset even chooses such a livery as a step forward? in the outgoing livery all the had to do was drop the the stripes and make the title billboard, so much better.

It's not great but I like it better than the old one, the combination of colors just didn't work for me.

Previous and the new one look/looked like trash. For starters they could have used a stronger green or a black outline on the Font for example to make it stand out. It is just weak and uncreative garbage. I am always surprised when airlines come to the conclusion of their long planned out new corporate identity and livery and it looks so bad that nobody spoke up and said hang on a minute this is utterly ****.
