AFTER the plane landed? Meaning this happened while taxiing, or do they actually mean this happened at landing?

Looking at the second photo, it looks like it either overran the end of the runway after landing or tried to negotiate the turn onto the taxiway at way too high speed.

No sign of prop or other damage.

Also no evidence that the rudder, (or other control surfaces) were hard over at the time of the incident.
