Anyone to speculate on the fire, in my professional opinion (don't have my A&P yet) it's was 1. bearing issue which caused a internal catastrophe or 2. Fuel injector/filter issue

Based on...?

And if you aren't a mechanic, engineer, or pilot I think it is a bit of a stretch to call your opinion "professional".

let's leave this one to the professionals.

Have to love the local media coverage last night... "What brought the plane down!" was the teaser.
Morons... what brought the plane down was the pilots landing it.

Just some FYI on local coverage here in Raleigh:

Interesting videos

It would appear that the the left side (where the number one is, I believe) was the one covered in foam from the videos. Wouldn't that support that theory?

Once again, poor reporting when it comes to aviation issues. The video from the Raleigh station says (I'm paraphrasing) "this video shows the panic on the tarmac as people were evacuating." It shows nothing of the kind. Then it says that "this scene shows the engine fully engulfed on the tarmac." No, I believe that's foam

Not particularly. From the eyewitnesses onboard, they mentioned a "pop" from the right side of the aircraft, as well as a photo of the stopped prop. Also, #2 engine was mentioned, and from the photos, evacuation occurred only on the left side (safer side) of the aircraft. The foam may have shifted due to winds/etc.
Fierce, Fabulous, and Flawless ;)

Not to mention that ABC 11 is pretty much the worst news in town here.
