We just flew into LPQ the other day and it was nothing short of spectacular. Easily the most breathtaking of the 170+ airports I've ever flown into.
They've got one runway and the wind generally blows in the same direction so you're practically guaranteed that amazing approach too, regardless.
FWIW, the old Quito airport was wonderful also.

I'm not sure where exactly LAS should be in the list but flying that route in LAS from the north, and even the PHX and PSP area, is definitely impressive. I personally think the landscape around there is amazing and love flying in and around the area.

Passing over the grand canyon is incredible... Even though it's desert... it's very striking.

Making a list about such subjective things can be tricky. I am sure all of them have some kind of scenic interests.

Arriving from the West you get to fly quite close to the red rocks of the Esterel range then Cannes and its Croisette, then the Cap d'Antibes. The shot below was taken after take-off to the West. The reverse approach actually brings you closer to the coast. Approaching from the East is briefly spectacular as you fly low over the old town before the aircraft banks.

I love the approaches into LAS. Apparently I'm not the only one; as one poster suggested, the number of people trying to look out the windows is unrivaled in any other city to which I've flown.
I love the daytime approaches more than night because I love looking at the mountains and the desert, and then city appears.

Well everybody here needs to accept that any list like this is totally subjective, and somebody else's personal opinion on what is most scenic.
I'm sure 90% of the folks here would disagree with your list of cities ...as they would mine.
It's like the best meal in a the best restaurants in the world....10 lists from 10 food 'experts' will give you completely different answers with a small overlap.
What is the best painting/art in the world ???
It's not right or wrong when it's something this subjective.

I'm surprised no one has mentioned EYW. Miles of shallow water that is a beautiful green color, before slamming on the brakes on a 4800 foot runway.

While those 10 airports may have some nice approaches, having filmed flights into 930 airports I can say there are far nicer ones that are not listed... but then again I doubt CNN knows about those places

For example I'll take CNN's #3 airport Nice... While its a very nice approach its certainly nothing special... if you take Rio de Janeiro Santos Dumont Airport the scenery is just beyond spectacular! First of all overflying the airport itself, seeing sugar load mountain, copa cabana beach, the bridge etc... just night and day compared to Nice!
I think they picked Saba because of its runway but scenically St Barth is a lot nicer, way more to see.
Instead of Toronto City, which is nice, I would have picked La Guardia which offers so much more as far as scenery and depending on your approach could be fantastic.
The scenery when flying in and out of Longyearbyen is so majestic, it certainly deserves a mention but so do many others...

If the 777F is what you're into I may have some decent news for you
Besides the Ethiopian B777F/MD11F which is available we recently filmed the TNT 777F on the Dubai-Hong Kong route and that will be released later this year... and we're looking at filming Air France's 777F later this year...

LAS won 2nd because 19R/L at night is awesome. As is 1L/R departures. I think it deserves the spot it got.

27 Approach into LHR is definitely worthy of the top 10 IMHO, and even 09 gives some lovely views of the countryside/Windsor.

To make the top ten it shouldn't matter what runway configuration the airport is in.
I don't got much experience internationally, but HNL, LIH, ANC, DCA, LGA, any airport in SE Alaska...all beat out LAS by far. LAS #2! That's just crazy.
