simple question:
how many AF aircraft have the new long haul business class installed by now, and what is the schedule for the remaining ones?
A330-200 = ?
A343-300 = none I suppose, will they be renewed?
A380-800 = ?
B777-200 = ?
B777-300 = ?
B747-400 = same as for A343?

AF is currently focusing on the 777 as it is the back bone of the fleet, and will move on to retrofit the A330/A380 after completing the 777. The schedule is as as follows:
Boeing 777:
- 5 frames in 2014
- 26 frames in 2015 (21 retrofitted in 2015)
- 44 frames in 2016 (18 retrofitted in 2016)
So total of 44 B777 in BEST (Zodiac Cirrus seat) out of 62 today in AF fleet
18 B777 will stay in NEV4 (angled seat) in configuration of 42J or COI/14J
- in 2017 : A330/A380 aircraft (no schedule as of yet)
Boeing 744 and Airbus A343 will leave the fleet as new aircraft such as the 787 and A350 enter the fleet. It is a mystery why AF wants to keep 18 777 in the old NEV4 seat, when they could just upgrade all and have a more flexible and consistent fleet, rather than giving substandard service on COI flights.

For sure, the 77W that AF uses on its CDG - SIN - CGK has the new retrofitted cabin. It is actually one of the very first route with the new cabin. Very nice I would say! Love the color and the interior. The bar area looks nice as well.

Doesn't necessarily mean that new cabin is present every day on a specific route, and schedule may vary.
(J) means that this flight has a 3 class configuration (J/W/Y)
(P) means that this flight has a 4 class configuration, with La Premiere (P/J/W/Y).

Very aware of that.
but one could assume that on the key routes like CDG-JFK, CDG-SIN, CDG-HKG or others, AF would do the utmost to send the new configured ones.

I returned back to Paris recently on AF009 and was lucky enough to have the flat bed seats. But the outbound trip on AF022 was the old seat.

As of Today June 13 2015 :
11 B772ER have now the new "Best & Beyond" Cabin :
- F-GSPC, PG, PH, PK, PR, PS, PT, PU, PV, PX, PY
5 B773ER :
- F-GSQB, QC, QG, QH, QJ
The 25 B772ER and 19 B773ER concerned by this retrofit will be ready by the summer 2016.
The B773ER with the 42J and 14J config (no P) will not be retrofitted for he moment.
Summer 2016, the retrofit of the 15 A332 and 10 A388 will begin.
The A343 will not get the new interior as their retirement will start soon : 1 aircraft (F-GLZC) will leave the fleet in September this year, the other will be retired starting Oct. 2016 when the B787 will be delivered (on a 1 for 1 basis)
3 of the 5 remaining B744 will leave the fleet end of October this year. The last two remaining will continue to operate only the Daily CDG-MEX-CDG until january 10th 2016.

Wow! MEX is the last man standing. So what happens after Jan. 10th? MEX becomes a 777-300ER (3-class) destination?
