The oneworld livery looks the same they already have, all the white works better on A350 I think.

Regarding MSN001 A320, once replaced by MSN6101, it will be going into the museum.
Also going in there will be A350 MSN003.

Wow, great looking bird. Nice to see also that they painted the inside of the winglets with the SQ-blue... would be interesting to see if they
have the mythical bird as well on the inside winglet...

Cool report by the author. The LED or LCD seabelt/smoking display is pretty neat and is a nice touch to the A350. I hope Airbus retrofits this feature to future aircraft.

MSN 11 QR #6 is now on the flight line, it's the second A350 roll out this month. MSN 16 and 18 will roll out in August.

Looking at the roll out dates, we have:

> March: MSN 9
> April: MSN 10
> May: MSN 14
> June: MSN 8
> July: MSN 15, 11
> August: MSN 16, 18

As one can see, production output is now hitting two aircraft per month. Assembly loading is currently at three per month.

It appears that the a350 has had its first air turn back. According to FR24 VN238 turned back to SGN. Replay shows that aircraft landed and taxied under it's own power.

MSN 13 and 17 yes, MSN 19 most likely not. The plant will soon shut down for two weeks due to the summer break in France.

MSN 19 is being painted as it is, IMO a paint shop is not closed on a job in progress, bad for the paint quality to stop the job for two weeks. The paint dries out too much for the next coats.

MSN 19 is not in paint anymore and is now in S20 for cabin furnishing and engine fit. Soon assembly work will stop for two weeks due to the summer break (if not already). S20 work takes at least two months to complete. So if you do the math, a roll out in September is most unlikely.

FYI MSN 11 emerged from paint on May 11, was towed to S20 afterwards and emerged on the flight line on July 23. That's 2.5 months.

Starting to look like the previous reported TAC of 31 July for MSN8 will be a tight date. MSN8 still hasn't been transfered to the Delivery Center where QR stll has to do their technical inspection and at least one acceptance flight...

MSN26 looks in a more advanced state of production, apart from the fact that the tail fin is painted, but that could be standard procedure from batch 3 onwards.

RE: A350 Production And Delivery Thread Part 8

Quoting rbrunner (Reply 48):

MSN26 looks in a more advanced state of production, apart from the fact that the tail fin is painted, but that could be standard procedure from batch 3

On the assembled aircraft up to this date the non painted tail seems to be more a Qatar issue than a batch 2 vs batch 3 difference
