Finnair has resumed MIA service. Will now be year-round instead of seasonal.

It landed at 17:50 on purpose so it wouldn't interfere with BA and the A380 flight. The scheduled one lands around 8 and leaves at 10:15 !

When LH first came with the A380 this was the plan

Hopefully they build it, although if you walk aroundn the actual gate, there is no close access to immigration so it would be a lot of construction involved if it indeed happens.

Edit: Also OS flight was cancelled yesterday and again today. Poor passengers!  tombstone

Can someone also explain to me why TP is only 3x weekly to MIA in the winter but is daily in the summer? What's up with that massive downgrading?

Yea, posted about that in the another thread you started about the route. Figured someone was reading our thread. That was posted by MIA social media a few weeks ago.

F17 is already A380-capable and has received A380s from time to time; it just doesn't have a second bridge like J17 and (now) E6 do.

I know that, LH has used it a couple of times, I was referring to H15.

So when can we expect the announcement for SAA? How big is PDEW between Miami and South Africa by the way? I know SAA used to have an AA codeshare back in the 90's.
