Excellent news.
They made the right decision.
However beautiful the strategy, you should occasionally look at the results

It's obviously good news for costs and efficiencies they didn't unionize.

That said, I think labor groups in unions are kind of stabilizing sometimes.
The garbage men in a union take out the garbage, society needs te job done. So if you give someone a union to believe in, it at least keeps the individual placated.

We need planes to go back and forth, so, a union can help make sure the workers are kept in line by their own creation.
I think this has a larger benefit to corporations than people realize. Even accounting for having to deal with the actual union BS.


So, kudos for the pilots to remain independent, but if they do go union, flocks of sheep are easier to control than independent sheep.

Sorry to hear this. Unions are the best tool the working man has to keep his dignity in the face of exploitation by the parasitic managers.
