Did Air France ever upgrade their Boeing 707-328Bs and Boeing 727-228s to the wide body look cabin with
pull down bins or were the planes left in the original open hat rack cabin?

I have flown a few times on Air France 727-228s back in the 80s., but I don't remember the overhead bins. I believe they had pull down bins at the time I flew on them. FLYSSC must know.
I don't recall flying on 707s and 727s with original open hat rack cabins.
I have flown once in my life on a 707, with TEA. It was, in fact, an ex-Air France 707 and I think it did have pull down bins. This was 30 years ago so I can't remember well.
I could be wrong, though.
