Romanian low-cost BlueAir has announced more than 20 new routes for Summer 2016, including a new Turin, Italy base and flights to Castellon (CDT) from Bucharest. BlueAir will be the 2nd operator at CDT after Ryanair.

From Cluj-Napoca: Dublin, Liverpool

From Sibiu: Athens, Constanta, Koln
From Turin, Italy: Athens, Lamezia-Terme, London-LTN, Madrid, Minorca, Palma de Mallorca, Rome and Stuttgart.

Very interesting, at first sight it looks like an odd selection of cities, but it will definately be interesting to see how Blue Air will do and what impact this will have to Tarom (and in lesser degree to Wizz and Ryanair).
From what I see, Glasgow will start in december already with 2x weekly services.

I've noticed they've been flying some 737NGs lately, not just the older 737-300/400s. So presumably they're getting some growth from the second hand market
