Quoting Miami (Reply 1): LAX and MIA are expected to be announced tomorrow as well. |
Quoting Miami (Reply 1): and MIA |
Quoting mhkansan (Reply 2): the start of IAG using DUB as the TATL transfer point for routes they won't serve out of LHR for slot reasons |
Quoting kaitak (Reply 4): I think it's just LAX tmw (and BDL), but don't worry, MIA will appear at some stage in the future. |
Quoting tom11 (Reply 9): Good thing about DUB is that there is customs preclearance there, so passengers can avoid the international arrivals building at BDL and simply arrive as domestic passengers, having already cleared customs in DUB. I think that was a big part of choosing Dublin, saves the state money from staffing the IAB at BDL. |

Quoting thekorean (Reply 17): Just what is the appeal of BDL again? Insurance industry? |
Quoting santi319 (Reply 20): With the B6 codeshare, wouldn't FLL be a better idea? |
Quoting thekorean (Reply 17): Just what is the appeal of BDL again? Insurance industry? |
Quoting skipness1E (Reply 14): It's a RETURN (3rd time?) to DUB-LAX, remember catching them at LAX in 2008. |
Quoting skipness1E (Reply 14): It's a RETURN |
Quoting thekorean (Reply 17): Just what is the appeal of BDL again? Insurance industry? |
Quoting airbazar (Reply 33): The big question is whether they can maintain that in the off season. |

Quoting CairnterriAIR (Reply 18): To the poster above.....lots of insurance business, universities, and other companies requiring travel, all located between Hartford, Springfield, and New Haven. |
Quoting ajsljet45 (Reply 32): BDL, LAX and EWR http://m.rte.ie/news/business/2015/1...21/736460-aer-lingus-us-expansion/ |
Quoting Ecflyer (Reply 39): I just hope the pricing isn't outrageous. The direct Asia flights from BOS are expensive enough that we still fly out of EWR or connect through YYZ when headed to the Far East. |

Quoting tom11 (Reply 40): The old terminal at BDL will be turned into a new rental car facility. |
Quoting HVNandrew (Reply 42): Quoting tom11 (Reply 40): The old terminal at BDL will be turned into a new rental car facility. Is that the old domestic terminal which closed a few years ago, or the IAB? I don't recall the IAB being that old. Also I think it's still in active use - DL must use it to clear customs for their CUN flights. |
Quoting stlgph (Reply 34): You'll find out next year. Service doesn't start until after the summer. |
Quoting AF022 (Reply 47): I bet this new service to LAX is going to hurt ET. Didn't they just start this DUB-LAX route? |
