Where did F-WWCF go this morning? I saw FC flying over the Mediterranean Sea towards Egypt (I think it was as AIB501) but missed the landing.

P.S.: F-WZFH is currently on it's 3rd test flight.

It is saying there will be only one A350 for Finnair this year which makes no sense as 2 more are ready on flight line. At the same time they quote the CEO saying that the delay is only a few weeks. Says also that in March 2016 Finnair will have 5 A350.

On my flight from BRU there were problems to get the Wifi started and IFE was still missing some content but the system itself looks just fine, loved the cameras especially. Sounds like expected minor hickups.

The article is not very well written. It says that "it appears that there will be at most" one more A350 this year instead of the original plan of 4 A350s this year. That doesn't seem to be the case based on the A350 flight line.

Am I correct in saying that MSN19 is next for FF?

MSN13 is next for delivery with Handover to the Delivery Centre this Friday 6th Nov.

MSN23 has now appeared as being delivered this year instead of MSN22.
TAC expected 30th December (although I for one, won't be working on this day!).

From what I can tell, Panasonic and Thales are the two linefit IFE solutions on the A350.

Qatar use Thales. I can't seem to find what VN use.

It looks like Finnair use Panasonic. Perhaps they're the first people to use the system in production?

Regarding assembly time:

http://www.ainonline.com/aviation-ne...s-a350-900-ulr-singapore-signs-six

Quote:
The production cycle at Toulouse, which now takes more than eight months, will reach between seven and 11 weeks by the end of 2017.

Cabin furnishing is now accomplished in another hall. But by the end of 2016 this process will be done in the main assembly hall, during the assembly process, to help cut the lead-time.
