Over the past week there have been people wandering in and out of the the aircraft. Today, there was a power cart attached and several systems were being checked. It appears that they are really trying to make it airworthy. I need to call a buddy of mine who buys and sells aircraft parts, and therefore doesn't work, and see if he can stop by and talk to the people working on it.
It never really was an operational hospital. In fact, it never flew as such. It just was pushed aside by The 700 Club and relegated to the ignominy of long term storage. But, considering that the ne owners are in Kansas City, I doubt
PSA colors are in the future. Quite a pity.
I have every intention of being out when it starts taxi tests and flights. Fingers crossed.
