Pax Urinated On--Golden Shower In The Sky

Some poor person got treated like a human urinal by a fellow passenger, after the offender was told they couldn't smoke or drink on a flight from Algiers to Paris. So the pax decided the best response was to piss on somebody. How affable. I hear about occasional defecation or urination outside the lavatory, but on something, not someone:

In most states of the USA that's called Battery with Body Fluids, in Indiana it is a Level 5 Felony and carries a prison sentence.

I doubt it has that title in most states. Most probably just classify it as battery, and some likely make it a sex crime.

There have been other similar incidents. A Fijian soldier returning from peacekeeping operations in the Middle East, urinated on a female Japanese passenger on an FJ flight NRT-NAN in 2007.
