When the 787 morphs into an A350 most likely The second photo is of the 787-9 in assembly and not an A350
Yikes, talk about not paying attention.

I actually liked the AA livery from the start although the old one was a classic beauty.
Quoting rikkus67 (Reply 70):
I don't hate the logo, nor the wordmark, but the implementation on the aircraft is a disappointment.

Here is my own take...Quick cut and paste.
Quoting reffado (Reply 63):
I may be wrong, but I believe it is only called euro white because the trend of these white liveries with a simple typographic logo was popularized first along European carriers, and then spread over the globe.
Quoting LSZH34 (Reply 90):
What the hell were they thinking??? I'll miss the LA livery
Quoting LatinPlane (Reply 96):
Here are the other three final design concepts. #3 was selected and other than the tail, I agree that it was the best one to be selected.
Quoting Airdolomiti (Reply 98):
Thanks for sharing this. #1 would have been a clone of Avianca, #2 would have been even less inspiring than the final new logo. While I do think that they chose the best design out of the three finalists, I wish they had gone with the blue engines as well. Those would have given the livery at least a little bit of character.
