AF C-class Cabin Refit Progress

Sun Apr 17, 2016 5:02 am

Hello,

I am aware that only the Boeing 777s are, for now, part of the refit, the 340s and 330s will probably not be refitted (is that correct?). What about the 380s?

On the AF's website there are 4 different layouts for the 777-200s and 5 for the 777-300s:
http://www.airfrance.fr/FR/en/common...ur/classeetconfort/plan_cabine.htm

I am aware that some of these AF 777s fly the high density routes to the Caribbean and the Indian Ocean routes but it's kind of hard to know which cabin layout is operating which flight, even those routes that do not have F-class - some have the 777s with the old c-class and some have the new one. For example flights between CDG and GRU operate in a mix of 777-200 and 777-300 but other than the fact that these flights are not operated by high density 777-300s, it seems impossible to know which routes have the new c-class and AF's website states the new c-class is avalaible "on some of our intercontinental routes".

Does anyone have information how AF's C-class cabin refit is progressing and on what flights the new c-class is offered?

Thx

The retrofit in my opinion is taking a lot longer than expected. The A330's and A380's are next, and are getting modified version of the Zodiac Cirrus. The A340 is leaving the fleet, and the A350 and 787 I believe might be getting a newer product, if I am not wrong.
