Which provider installs that technology? In "our" A350s we use classic APs that are mounted inside the cabin

Nice. How many are they taking delivery of before year-end (if you happen to know off hand)?

I have no idea, AFAIK DL didn't release a public delivery schedule for 2017.

Based on production rates it seems Airbus should deliver A350s at least up to MSN 170, which should include at least 5 DL A350s (MSN 115, 135, 149, 160 and 164).

I think GORE is the supplier of that antenna ( https://www.gore.com/products/gore-tm-l ... r-antennas ). I reasonably sure we also have some traditional APs as well that are on a different domain for the crew and mechanics to access, those APs work even if the IFE is not up and running. The passenger and crew Wifi is controlled at different locations.

BA delayed A350 deliveries up to 12 months. First aircraft is now due in 2019. Their first production slot, MSN 225, has been moved up to MSN 342.

Fuel tests.

The jet will remain in Cardiff airport for two days of fuel testing as part of the intensive certification programme.

The CX that was due for delivery end of April has been delayed a week or two because of a cargo door replacement and more cabin work to be done.

The US3 are just afraid that they can not fulfill what they promised Wallstreat.

First they do is delay or cut capital. All US based companies, not only Airlines, but entirely corporate US are following a similar pattern (except tech like classified like tesla).

And lets be honest, QR is deferring deliveries without actually admitting they are deferring deliveries. Then you got Azul/Sri Lanka who cancelled/deferred (not sure if Azul still has intentions of getting A350s later) their deliveries as well.

Well Azuls a350s are going to other HNA Group members e.g Beijing Capital and Hong Kong airlines which are being leased from AerCap.I don't know why Azul isn't taking delivery of them but they could possibly want some for the future or go with the A330 Neo if they continue their long haul operations.

I know, there are plenty of legitimate reasons why an airline might defer.

I'm just pointing out that CX/SQ snapping up as many A350s as they can get while the US3 defer their planes is not some evidence of some vast American conspiracy against the European manufacturer like some here try to imply whenever it is brought up, and that the US3 are not the only airlines to say hmm, maybe we don't need A350s right now. CX/SQ and the US3 are operating in completely different markets with completely different route networks/structures. The current (and future) needs of CX/SQ are completely different than the current (and future) needs of the US3.
